12:21 a.m.: An officer responded to Siki’s Village, 321 S. Broadway, for a report of a possible intoxicated driver. The woman was found in the driver’s seat of a parked vehicle but agreed to go inside. After a second call, the officer located the vehicle driving in the trailer park. She was arrested on suspicion of driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or both.
12:42 a.m.: An officer responded to a residence on South Washington Street for a person who was unwelcome. A woman reported fear of the man due to a protection order naming her as the protected party. The man became aggressive toward officers. He was arrested on suspicion of violation of a protection order.
7:07 a.m.: An officer responded to the alley behind La Casita Mexican Restaurant, 322 E. Main St., and contacted a man with a warrant. The man was arrested.
8:09 p.m.: An officer responded to Maverik Country Store West, 10223 U.S. Highway 491, for a domestic violence incident involving withholding of property between people in a dating relationship. The man had the woman’s belongings in his truck and allegedly sent threatening messages. The items were returned to her. The man was arrested on suspicion of theft, harassment and domestic violence.
9:03 a.m.: An officer responded to City Market, 508 E. Main St., for a report of a man trespassing. The man was served a citation for trespassing after confirmation of an indefinite ban.
3:23 p.m.: An officer responded to 122 Henry St. for a check on a condemned property. A man was found inside the unsecured residence. He had a warrant and was arrested on suspicion of the warrant and third-degree criminal trespass.
1:30 p.m.: An officer responded to East Main Street and North Market Street and contacted a man with a warrant. The man was arrested on suspicion of the warrant.
3:52 p.m.: An officer responded to Veterans Park, 830 E. Main St., for a warrant check. The woman had a warrant and was banned from city parks. She was found to be in possession of a bottle of vodka.
8:53 p.m.: An officer responded to the area of a residence on East Fifth Street after a report of a man pulling a firearm and pointing it at a neighbor. He was arrested.
7:34 a.m.: An officer responded to Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., and contacted a man with a warrant. The man was arrested.
7:45 a.m.: An officer responded to Walmart, 1835 E. Main St., and contacted a man with a warrant. He was arrested.
11:13 a.m.: An officer responded to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant on a man already in custody.
2:57 p.m.: An officer responded to Bealls, 2216 E. Main St., and contacted a man with a warrant. The man was arrested on suspicion of the warrant.
3:12 p.m.: An officer responded to City Market, 508 E. Main St., and contacted a woman who refused to provide her name. She was identified and had multiple warrants. The woman was arrested on suspicion of the warrants.
3:34 p.m.: An officer responded to the alley behind Guardian Angel Home Health, 343 E. Main St., for a physical altercation. Witnesses observed a man choking a woman and slamming her head against a wall. The man was arrested on suspicion of felony domestic violence.
7:25 p.m.: An officer responded to the Montezuma County Detention Center, 730 E. Driscoll St., to serve a warrant on a woman already in custody.
8 p.m.: An officer responded to a residence on Montelores Avenue for a man with a warrant. The man was arrested on suspicion of the warrant.
8:41 p.m.: An officer conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of Nash Street and East Main Street. The driver had warrants and expired registration. The man was arrested on suspicion of the warrants.
11:16 p.m.: An officer responded to a residence on North Elm Street for a report of an assault. A woman had allegedly thrown a phone, striking a child, and assaulted a man, causing injuries. She also had a warrant. The woman was arrested on suspicion of the warrant, third-degree assault, child abuse, domestic violence and driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol or both.
