It shared tales of World Cup fans visiting our country and being gobsmacked by its many charms \u2013 from different cuisines to giant stores to local folks offering home-cooked dinners. Visitors are posting on social media their excitement at experiencing an America they seldom hear about.<\/p>\n<p>As Charlotte Russell, a clinical psychologist, was quoted: \u201cMany U.S. citizens have been feeling down on their country, and sad that their nation is seen in a negative light overseas.
