The truck stopped after crashing into a tree in front of the Colorado State Patrol office in Durango.<\/p>\n<p>The 50-year-old driver was conscious when Durango police officers arrived on the scene, though he was \u201cdazed and groggy,\u201d said Sgt. Nick Stasi.<\/p>\n<p>Stasi said the driver most likely lost control of the vehicle because he was \u201cnot real alert and confused.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The driver was then taken to Mercy Regional Medical Center.
