Reagan was the “Great Communicator,” and now the Republicans have Trump, “The Great Prevaricator.” Today’s Herald (May 28) has the latest lie: “There is no drought in California.”
Also, Trump, who considers himself “The Great Problem Solver,” said, “We’re going to solve your water problems.”
Gov. Jerry Brown must be counting his blessings to have Trump coming on deck to fix the problem! Can anyone be so thirsty for public office that they add lies to a problem that affects the “food basket” of our nation?
I grew up in the eastern Sierra Nevada Mountains in California, and I know the insanity of Trump’s statements. Trump appears to be a very sick man. We don’t need someone who might be “non-compos mentis” as president.
