Recently, we went downtown to watch the Gay Pride Parade. We got a yogurt at the yogurt shop and sat in their chairs out front. I put my purse on the sidewalk and we watched the parade.
Afterward we walked down to the park and then went to our car. When I got in the car I realized I had left my purse on the sidewalk in front of the yogurt shop. Panic set in as we drove back to the shop. But true to form for this wonderful town, someone had taken it into the shop and there it was, waiting for me.
