Entrepreneurs of the Southwest will offer a food-business-entrepreneurs event from 5:30 to 7:30 Aug. 15 in the secret garden at the Rochester Hotel, 726 East Second Ave.
Shamai Buckel, of Buckel Family Wine in Dolores, Carley Felton of Animas Chocolate Co., Nancy Murphy of Region 10 Economic Development and Annalisa Pearson of the Grand Junction Business Incubator Center will provide guidance and advice about local food businesses.
