A Thanksgiving meal will be offered for community members from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 23 at La Plata County Fairgrounds, 2500 Main Ave.
Take-out meals will be available after 1:30 p.m. Those who want to donate a pie are asked to drop it off the morning before the meal at the fairgrounds.
The event is free and open to all; donations are encouraged.
