HomesFund, a local nonprofit that helps prospective homeowners reach their goals, will hold a home-buyer education class from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Jan. 20 at the Education-Business Hall, Room 64, at Fort Lewis College, 1000 Rim Drive.
The class will cover budgeting and debt; credit; insurance; lending; real estate; home maintenance; and energy efficiency.
