Durango School District 9-R will host an employment recruitment fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Dec. 15 at the Central Administration Building, 201 E. 12th St.
The district is recruiting for paraprofessionals, teachers, substitutes, counselors, social workers, bus drivers, food/nutrition services, custodians and administrative assistants.
The Colorado Workforce Center will be there to help employment seekers.
Representatives from the Public Education Business Coalition will be there to help people with bachelor’s degrees or higher who want to transition into the teaching profession.
