Groundskeepers Young Ghun, front, and Dave McMahon were spreading sand on Hillcrest Golf Club greens Wednesday afternoon. McMahon said they were adding sand after aerating the greens to prevent mud from developing during daily waterings. Registration for the 2013 Junior Camp No. 1, which is open to all junior golfers and takes place June 3-6, and June 10-11, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday. Juniors who need clubs for the camp can be sized at registration. For more information, call 247-1499.
