Aaron Gordon scored 12 points for No. 1 Arizona, which overcame a 3-for-15 night from 3-point range and some missed free throws down the stretch to extend its best start in school history to 19-0 and 6-0 in the Pac-12 with a 69-57 win over Jaron Hopkins and Colorado on Thursday night in Tucson, Ariz. A year after nearly pulling off an upset in the desert, previously ranked Colorado (15-5, 4-3 Pac-12) had no chance for late-game heroics in its third game without leading scorer Spencer Dinwiddie.
