Toto, we’re not in New Mexico any more

I just don’t understand. I drive around the city and county. There are placards, yard signs and bumper stickers for all these individuals and issues, but where are those for the ones we have come to know and love, or not love as much?

Why are there no signs for Steve Pierce or Michelle Lujan Grisham, Xochitl Torres Small, Martin Heinrich?

Stapleton, Polis, Tipton, Jones, Prop. 74, Initiative 112. Who has ever heard of any of them? Who are these people? What do these other issues mean?

You would think, if they can solve (seemingly) at least two out of the three great conundrums of our time – Lake Nighthorse is now open, the Bridge to Nowhere is actually slated to go somewhere ... but Colorado TV coverage for Colorado residents? Good luck.

I will gladly cast/give /sell my vote to any candidate who can actually promise and deliver news coverage that has anything to do with where we reside, hopefully before the 2020 national elections.

That will probably have about as much chance of happening as someday seeing a man walk on the moon.
