Anne DiZenzo will speak to the Rotary Club of Durango about Axis Health System’s Senior Reach program at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.
This is a program to provide outreach and education, behavioral health treatment, care management and other needed community based services to older adults (aged 60 and older) in the comfort of their home.
DiZenzo has been a senior reach therapist at Axis since 2017, is licensed as a clinical social worker and possess a master’s in social work. She has provided behavior therapy to people with traumatic brain injuries, autism,and various significant mental health issues for the past 14 years.
