Students from the Pine River Community Learning Center's home school program enjoyed some autumn color - and a leaf fight - before touring the Pine River Times office on Friday, Oct. 24. The students also learned about writing news and sports stories, taking photos, writing photo captions, and saw how pages are laid out. <br><br>The home school program is coordinated by Karen Edmonds, back right. Students meet once a week for classroom work, as well as periodical field trips.
