The intersection of College and East 8th Ave has always been a problem, made worse by increased traffic. The solution is simple: a solid curved line delineating a right-turn-only lane heading up College and turning onto 8th. The new stoplight is not a good solution – it takes more time than clearly marked lanes would. But that would only work if the lines were properly defined.
