Will Morse and the Fort Lewis College Skyhawks will look to make it four wins in a row to begin the season Thursday night, as they welcome South Central Region opponent Eastern New Mexico (2-1) to Whalen Gymnasium. FLC is coming off a 105-92 win against Northern New Mexico, while the Greyhounds will enter the game coming off a 109-81 road loss to CSU-Pueblo. FLC associate head coach Bob Pietrack said the Skyhawks will have to get out to a fast start to keep up with the Greyhounds. “It’s a regional game; they’re from the Lone Star Conference. They won two regional games this past weekend,” Pietrack said. “We’ve got a long way to go before we can start thinking about playoffs or anything like that, but, with that said, regional games are important. We have to play at a level we expect.”
