The Weminuche Audubon Society in Pagosa Springs is offering an opportunity for an area students to attend a weeklong camp June 23-30. Camp Colorado is based at Highlands Camp and Retreat Center in Allenspark, next to Rocky Mountain National Park.

Applicants between the ages of 13 and 17 must submit a 400-600 word essay detailing their outdoor experiences and reasons why they would like to attend the camp.
