You recently ran a story headlined “Feds discuss plans to improve recreation at Lake Nighthorse” (Herald, June 26.) I find it hard to believe the authenticity of the article when one cannot improve something that doesn’t exist.
The last suggestion of a plan was generated in March 2011 and was called Nighthorse Recreational Master Plan. It was fairly comprehensive and the result of a lot of effort. I doubt that was the plan they were improving upon.
Once again, it seems reliable and authentic progress on Nighthorse is elusive.
