Clarke
Sherin Clarke, a Durango CPA and senior tax accountant with Frederick Zink & Associates, recently joined the board of Stillwater Music, Durango’s primary music education hub.
Clarke grew up in New Hampshire and moved to Durango to attend Fort Lewis College, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in accounting. She became involved in Stillwater as her two sons joined bands at the non-profit organization, which was founded in 2005.
Clarke will serve as the board’s treasurer, a position previously held by outgoing board member Shelly Mauch. Clarke’s community involvement has also included coaching Durango Youth Soccer Association teams. Contact Stillwater at www.stillwatermusic.org.
