While most of the world’s attention is focused on what is happening at the Old Course across the pond, locally our attention is on upcoming tournaments and tournament postings.
The CJ’s Diner/Durango Joe’s Coffee Hillcrest Men’s Senior Open will be held July 18-19.
The minimum age to enter is 50, and full handicaps will be used to determine gross and net scoring.
The entry fee is $50 per person, and tee times will begin at 9 a.m.

The other big event is the annual United Way of Southwest Colorado tournament at Dalton Ranch Golf Club on July 17th.
The field of 100 entrants will tee off to a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
