On Sept. 14, regular gas prices posted in Cortez were $2.55 to $2.68 per gallon, and in Durango, the cheapest price was $2.82 per gallon. Why is gasoline in Durango so much more expensive?
Could it be that there really is a price-fixing cartel in Durango?
