La Plata Council on Aging grateful to Ohana Physical Therapy

The La Plata Council on Aging, Inc. would like to thank Ohana Physical Therapy for its generous $100 donation to our Scholarship Program. This donation will support one participant in the Scholarship Program for eight months. The COA appreciates the community support and recognition that this donation gives to our efforts of assisting low-income seniors in La Plata County continue to enhance their health, wellness and independence.
