Joe Williams, a founding member of Durango Daybreak Rotary, recently received the highest honor from Rotary International – the Service Above Self Award.
The award recognizes Williams for his devotion and exemplary efforts within the organization and community and his embodiment of Rotary’s motto, “Service Above Self.”
Only 150 people each year out of more than 1.2 million Rotarians across the world achieve this honor.
