Paul Debell will speak to the Rotary Club of Durango about the destruction of democracy in Hungary during their dinner meeting at 6 p.m. Tuesday at Strater Hotel, 699 Main Ave.
Debell has been assistant professor of political science at Fort Lewis College since 2016.
