Collecting gently used books from Durango Friends of the Arts’ members and friends reaped some extra money for the Grant Fund.
We thank all those who donated and bought books at DFA’s May 9 meeting and at Stillwater’s Party in the Park on May 18.
We thank the Stillwater Foundation, one of our grant recipients for many years, for offering this free concert and afternoon in the park to our community. Thank you to Lisa Klise and Nancy Jane Haar for collecting and selling the books. This made for a fun FUNdraiser.
