I have known Chris Bettin for several years now, first as a volunteer youth basketball coach, then as a local business owner and friend. Chris’ diverse background and decades-long association with southwest Colorado make him well-suited to tackle the challenges currently faced by our community and prepare us as we look to the future.
Chris’ experience in the resort and real estate industry, coupled with being a local business owner and employer, provides him a unique perspective to address tough issues such as affordable housing and infrastructure development, to name a few.
I have no doubt he will pursue the best interest of our community as a whole while maintaining his commitment to responsible fiscal conservatism. Chris certainly has my vote and I encourage all of your readers to do likewise and cast their ballots for Chris Bettin for Durango City Council.
