Seibel named Miss Southern Ute

Ellie Ruby Seibel won the title of Miss Southern Ute last weekend. The royalty competition and several other Native American contests and festivities took place at the Southern Ute Tribal Fair. This year's fair parade was more than an hour long, participants reported.
