Lockwood
The Durango Area Tourism Office board of directors recently named Frank Lockwood, former interim deputy director to Bob Kunkel, as executive director. He will oversee business administration, research and community tourism management in his new role.
Lockwood retired from a 30-year career in law, moved to Durango from Hawaii in 2011 and was La Plata County planning commissioner for almost four years before he started at Durango Area Tourism Office.
