U.S. Highway 550-U.S. Highway 160 Connection South Project to receive girder deliveries

The delivery of six 140-foot-long concrete bridge girders for the U.S. Highway 550-U.S. Highway 160 Connection South Project will be transported to the bridge from 4 to 7 a.m. Wednesday.

There will be delays during this time at the Wilson Gulch roundabout off Highway 160; in addition, the eastbound Highway 160 off-ramp to Three Springs will be closed all day.

For this delivery, the trucks will continue westbound on Highway 160, taking the westbound Highway 160 off-ramp onto the Wilson Gulch Road roundabout, continue onto the eastbound off-ramp (in the wrong direction) to get to the work site entrance. For this reason, the eastbound off-ramp will be fully closed from 4 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday.

The second and final girder delivery for is anticipated for June 4, with the same impacts.
