A modular home, modular office, carport and two cars burned early Friday east of Bayfield.
The fire was reported at 12:33 a.m. at 44431 U.S. Highway 160, about four miles east of the town.
When firefighters arrived, they found two vehicles in a carport on fire with flames spreading to a modular home and a modular office building, according to a news release issued Friday by the Upper Pine River Fire Protection District.
All are considered a total loss.
The damage was estimated at $240,000.
A total of 18 people responded. The cause remained under investigation.
