Organizers of San Juan Brewfest have added proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test as an entry requirement for the Aug. 28 and Aug. 29 event in Buckley Park.
Attendees will be asked to show a vaccination card (with last dose given no later than two weeks before event date) or a negative COVID-19 test from a reputable lab (no self-tests) administered no earlier than two days before the event. Refunds will be available to those who cannot comply with this new requirement.
This year marks the 22nd year of the festival, which features dozens of breweries, food vendors and music. 2021 is the first year the event will be available on two days, which is an effort to reduce crowding in response to COVID-19.
