The League of Women Voters of La Plata County Healthcare committee is issuing a health care needs survey for residents.
A 5-minute online survey is available at https://sofcorp.com/lwv-health/.
The survey data will be used to provide feedback to legislators and health care providers on local, state and federal levels with the hope of stimulating further discussion and policy changes to improve health care access, affordability and outcomes in the area.
