Barbara McLachlan, Democratic candidate for the Colorado House, is described in her campaign literature as a great teacher and leader. But nowhere is it mentioned that she is the wife of Mike McLachlan, a personal injury plaintiff’s lawyer, who failed to be re-elected in 2014.
Can voters believe that Barbara McLachlan would not promote and support legislation to enrich her husband and other lawsuit attorneys at the expense of the public?
Remember that lawsuit abuse already significantly adds to the cost of all goods and services, including health care.
