The La Plata Electric Association Board of Directors during its May 16 meeting voted to join First Southwest Bank in funding the Energy Smart Colorado program, an energy-efficiency initiative available to LPEA members.
Four Corners Office for Resource Efficiency manages the Energy Smart program in Southwest Colorado, which offers expanded energy-efficiency services in the area and provides access to free and low-cost home energy assessments, information, guidance, information about upgrades, rebates, financing options, local contractors and more to make energy efficiency easy and affordable for local residents.
