Blame the train because it’s reckless

What’s it take for someone to be arrested for arson around here? If you knowingly or recklessly start a fire that endangers anyone, including a firefighter, that exactly fits the definition of fourth degree arson. Are the police waiting for the official determination?

Already there are plans to run coal-fired trains next month. Assuming a train started the fire, why is someone allowed to make millions from his dangerous business while the rest of us have to pay to clean up his mess?

No more trains should be allowed to run until the business has paid all the 416 fire costs and there is adequate insurance to pay for any future catastrophes.
