Navajo State Park is south of Arboles and has marinas in Colorado and New Mexico.
Navajo State Park will host these activities:
Bureau of Reclamation archaeologist Jimmie McKenzie will give a talk about the archaeological history of the Navajo State Park area at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, July 15.A fossil-making workshop will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, July 16.Admission cost is a parking fee of $7 for the day or $70 for the year, per vehicle.
All are welcome to attend. All materials will be provided.
