EXIT Realty Colorado has named John Gillam as regional director and compliance officer.

Gillam has been with EXIT Realty for almost three years as a supervising broker/qualifying broker at EXIT Realty Home & Ranch in Durango. He has been a licensed broker since 2001 and a Realtor since 2002. He has also chaired the local MLS Committee for 10 years and was a participating board member for a regional MLS for over six years. Gillam has received the Distinguished Service Award on two different occasions and last year was awarded the Community Service Award from the Durango Area Association of Realtors.

Gillam has worked with over 40 state Realtor associations, local Realtor Associations, and MLS’s around the United States as an educator, strategic planner and industry business strategy consultant. He has also achieved the Gold Standard Instructor designation, and is currently a DREI Candidate with the National Real Estate Educators Association.
