An open house will be held from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday at the Durango Public Library, 1900 E. 3rd Ave.

Interested community members are invited to attend the open house and can drop in at any time during the 90-minute period. There will be a short presentation at 6 p.m.; the rest of the time will be spent collecting community input and discussing the direction of the housing program.

The forum will focus on existing conditions in the housing market, the experience of Durango residents in finding housing, and what the community can do to affect housing availability and pricing.
