Representatives from Axis Health System, Brittany Brumfield and Stephanie Allred, will speak about Senior Reach, a new program for La Plata County residents 60 years and older that supports well-being, independence and dignity in the senior community.
The program responds to a local need to provide seniors with preventative care before crisis.
