Sunnyside Elementary School lost water for a time Wednesday, so participants in Kids Camp will be transported to Florida Mesa Elementary School.

School District 9-R does not know why water was unavailable, said spokeswoman Julie Popp, but bathroom access was unavailable for a time, and students were provided bottled water. Water was restored Wednesday afternoon.

Classes are continuing as normal, although parents were told they could pick their children up if they so desired.

Buses will run as normal, but parents should pick up their children participating in Kids Camp, the after-school care program, at Florida Mesa.
