Please pay attention, City Council: We don’t need a Target store in Durango! What we need is a Costco or Trader Joe’s.

We can be at a Target in an hour, but it is quite a bit farther to get to Costco in Albuquerque or Colorado Springs.

Target carries basically the same things as Wal-Mart, it is just pricier. Do we really need this in Durango?

Costco allows us to stock up and save money. Plus, as a wholesale vendor, it will help small businesses, too. I ask the Durango City Council to please listen to the people.
