3:35 p.m. An arrest was made after adults in a black Dodge Caravan were seen asking children questions in the area of 24th Street and West Second Avenue.

7:59 p.m. A man was threatening to kill people at a store in the 300 block of West College Drive.

5:03 p.m. A canine search was conducted in the 700 block of Turner Drive.

6:08 p.m. A hot tub was vandalized in the area of Kenosha Trail.

Sunday

11:34 p.m. A vehicle and trailer were vandalized in the area of County Road 311.

6:17 p.m. An assault was reported in the area of U.S. Highway 550 north.

10:31 p.m. An assault was reported in the area of Highway 140.

10:39 p.m. A woman was assaulted in the area of Avenida del Sol.

Saturday

8:42 a.m. Smoke was seen coming from a building’s windows in the 18200 block of County Road 501.

10:04 p.m. People were trespassing and holding a party in the area of East Animas Road (County Road 250).

Friday

11:32 a.m. A vehicle crashed into a pole in the area of county roads 301 and 304.

2:57 p.m. A passenger was seen loading a firearm into his bag at Durango-La Plata County Airport.

Firefighters and medics responded to 15 calls Monday to Tuesday morning, including six emergency medical service calls, an authorized controlled burn, a car crash and a public service call.
