The Open Enrollment Period for health insurance coverage begins Tuesday.
San Juan Basin Health Department will present “Understanding Health Insurance: How to Buy It and How to Use It” at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Durango Public Library, 1900 East Third Ave. Kevin O’Connor will talk about how health insurance works.
