Residency applications are due June 6

Artists living and working in Southwest Colorado are invited to apply for one-week artist residencies at Willowtail Springs. As part of the residency, artists are expected to propose and deliver a project that brings their experience at Willowtail back to the community. Applications are due June 6. Chamber Festival tickets available

The eighth annual Durango Chamber Music Festival, scheduled for June 6-10 and June 13–17, features daily half-hour concerts at 12:15 p.m. Entry is $5 at the door, or passes for all concerts may be purchased at a $5 savings. Passes, artists and repertoire are available at DurangoChamberMusic.com.

Dancing Spirit offers art programs

Dancing Spirit Community Arts Center will offer its annual Art Camp May 31-June 3. The Summer Art Program classes are on Tuesdays and Thursdays June 7-30, July 12-Aug 4. Classes are $5 each. Come paint flags, do pottery, tie-dye t-shirts and more. The center is at 115 Ute St. in Ignacio.
