I was baffled when reading about Dr. Ben Carson’s statement recently, speaking about the Animas River and the mine spill. Under his administration, he would get rid of all the old people in the EPA and bring in people who understand the Constitution. Could anyone out there supporting him please explain what one thing has to do with the other: the running of the EPA and understanding the Constitution?
