Community Banks of Colorado will hold an open house from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 1.

The event will include hors d'oeuvres, drinks, give-away items, and a drawing to donate $500 to a charity of the winner's choice.

"It's basically a little party to say hello to the community and get to know everyone!" said Brenna Morlan, the bank manager. "It should be fun!"

Community Banks of Colorado purchased Pine River Valley Bank's four locations in Bayfield, Durango, Lake City and Creede earlier this year.

The bank's location in Bayfield is at 301 N. Commerce Drive.
