Durango Choral Society will kick off its 50th season with Viva Voices! at 7 p.m. Oct. 16 at Miller Middle School Auditorium, 2608 Junction St.

This free concert will feature singers who range in age from 12 to 82. It is a joint concert with performers from Durango High School side by side with Durango Choral Society, Durango Youth Chorus and Durango Women’s Choir. Music from Broadway as well as Beethoven, Mozart and more will be performed.
