Durango Farmer’s Market opening day will take place from 8 a.m. to noon May 11 in the TBK parking lot, 259 W. Ninth St.
The farmer’s market will be open every weekend from May 11 to Oct. 26.
The farmers market will celebrate Mother’s Day by offering a free tomato plant or flower start to the first 50 mothers to come to the Market Information booth.
Opening day will feature live music and performances by the Durango Aerial Arts and Acrobatics and the Durango Shimmy Mob.
