A look at the History of Skiing Exhit at the Animas Museum

In this photo, three-time Olympic gold medalist Jean-Claude Killy joins a group of skiers at the ski area. The photo is one of many included in an exhibit at the Animas Museum on the history of skiing in La Plata County. The exhibit also includes photos from a View Master used to entice skiers to the area.<br>

The two was moved to what is now Chapman Hill in 1943. The photo is included in an exhibit at the Animasa Museum.
