DUI enforcement increased for Super Bowl

The Colorado Department of Transportation, Colorado State Patrol and law enforcement agencies statewide – along with the National Football League, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management Coalition – encourage people to have a designated sober driver on Super Bowl Sunday.

Increased enforcement will be in place through Monday to arrest impaired drivers, whether for driving under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, prescription or illegal drugs.
